Bahria Enclave is owned by Bahria Town Pvt. Ltd., which is owned by Malik Riaz Hussain. Bahria Town Pvt. Ltd. is a real estate development company that is known for its luxury real estate projects in Pakistan. Malik Riaz Hussain is the founder of Bahria Town and is also known for being a philanthropist. However, he has been involved in some controversies and allegations, including claims that he has ties with the Pakistani military and paid to get things done.

  • Bahria Enclave-II
    • The CDA approved the NOC for Bahria Enclave-II on February 11, 2021. This society covers an area of 1,180.04 Kanal.

The Bahria Town Private Limited sponsors the project. The society is located in Zone-IV (C) of Islamabad and is accessible from the Kashmir Highway, the Lehtrar Road, and the Islamabad Highway.
